Cancellation and Redo Policy 

Cancellation policy : 
I understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of our control however I hope you understand that time is valuable for us all. Any cancellation within 24 hours will incur a $25 per service cancellation fee. 

Redo policy :
I want everyone to be overjoyed with the services they receive in my chair. But I also know sometimes we miss the mark and I always want to make it right. I strive for 100 percent satisfaction ! Please let me know within 7 days of the service you received if you are unhappy about anything !
